This page describes the intended information practices for the FTG website and assistance pathway. The final notice reflects the systems and policies in use.
We're in development. Our privacy notice will be finalized soon.
Preferred name, safe contact method, county, essential-item category and short practical notes.
To review a request, contact the person and coordinate possible assistance.
Social Security numbers, ID images, financial records, medical details, immigration information, an exact home address or a child's personal history.
The intended rule is access limited to authorized people who need the information for the stated purposes. Verify permissions before making that promise.
Explain the actual use of Google Sites, Forms and any linked response storage; identify additional providers once selected.
Set an approved period or criteria for request records and related operational records. Explain how corrections and deletion requests are handled, including applicable record obligations.
An adult should submit a request. The initial pathway should not ask children to submit personal information.
Assistance must not be conditioned on publicity. Obtain a specific, documented release before any identifiable story or image; aggregate reporting still needs privacy review.
The final notice must include a tested organization contact for privacy questions, corrections or deletion requests.
Identify the actual configuration. The recommendation is to leave optional analytics and marketing embeds off for the first release, then review the notice before adding them.
Explain when a link takes a visitor to a Google Form or, after activation, an approved payment service. The provider's information practices also apply.
Publish a real effective date and update the notice when collection, providers, sharing or retention practices change.
